  Used to be the best McDonald's in lorain. But the drive through service is legit terrible. Half the time you cant hear what they saying and thats if you can get them to even speak over the mic. Its normal to ask hello are u there are you ready because they are just sitting in silence not speaking to you smh.

  The worst service of my life. The atmosphere is very unpleasant—including some people who just hang around inside the store doing nothing but making the environment worse. I do not recommend it.

  Very busy all the time. Unfortunately even after waiting my food was still cold and my order wasn't correct. It was printed on my ticket but still incorrect. I ate it anyway didn't wanna wait any longer.

  My favorite location to visit! I've never had a bad experience, ever! I come here very often to get my all time favorite coffee beverage, the iced caramel macchiato, I love them so much, I always purchase a few extras for myself, to avoid driving back to purchase another and than another. lol Anyways, Mcdonalds, Iced Caramel Macchiatos are in my opinion, way better than Starbucks, Bigbys, Duncans and well, to me, they taste premium at an affordable price. But what keeps me coming back is not just the drinks, but the friendly employees! I've never had any issues. I order using the app, I go to the drive thru, give my name and yeah, I have to wait, but that's okay because I understand that my drinks to take a bit longer to make, but it's so worth the wait. I'm a patient guy and they always deliver to my vehicle with a smile on their face. The employees at the Oberlin Ave, they really do work very hard and I truly feel they deserve so much credit plus more! And so, I decided to go online and give credit where credit is due and type this review!! The food is always fresh and hot, the service is always friendly, a pleasantly friendly atmosphere and clean, too! Thank you to the employees at Mcdonalds On Oberlin Ave, for making my experiences an enjoyable experience each time I visit, and making sure my iced caramel macchiatos are always delicious! No, I do not work for McDonalds, nor do I know anyone who do work there, I just felt that they all deserve a praise for a job well done! :)

  I had to wait 35 minutes for my order. Because workers decided to film little kids. No older than 7 years old, fighting and making jokes. What are disgusting establishment? And I would be embarrassed if I was management.The fact that that happened is utterly atrocious, and this is why this is the worst mcdonald's in all of lorain county. The fact the manager did absolutely nothing speaks volumes to the ownership of this establishment
