- SSSandie sylvester3 days ago1.0Would give zero stars if I could here I am sick .Looking for dinner for my kids and Pizza made wrong go in to have Manager tell me I wasn't charged for my topping when clearly I was. My other Pizza getting cold while I wait for a remake that they demanded I bring Pizza back to prove but when I show my receipt she said she could credit my account .Not to mention most disgusting Manager was smoking outside when I came in .She came back in and never washed her hands .I will absolutely never going back to this Dominos they clearly don't know what food safety is .

I called the store and was told “that’s how the sandwiches are made as of 2 days ago” and “we get the bread precut, there’s nothing we can do how the bread is cut and looks.” I was told they all passed quality check. I even offered to bring the subs back up after they were delivered to show them the quality.They were only willing to replace 2 of the subs AFTER I spent almost 10 minutes arguing with them.

They’re very unprofessional and you know the whole thing of it is is that that customer service you guys can’t even remember what sauces you bag up and they are very, very unprofessional on the phone.
