  Positive:nice and clean, Italian and western mashup is unique, service was okay Areas of growth: the food was less than desirable for the price point, refusal to help with dietary needs (substituting because of sauce) on one of their most expensive dishes, unexpected service fees on bill (supplemental fee + an up charge for credit card) Summary-we expected an upscale restaurant and it fell very short. The food tasted like it was cooked from cans or frozen. The staff’s refusal to substitute out the fettuccine to spaghetti, even though we were told the cook had done it before was extremely disappointing. There were literally 4 tables when we ate it shouldn’t have been an issue.

  The vibe of the place is awesome. It is very roomy and the staff was so nice, but the place smelled like freshly plastered drywall. The food was not great. We ordered the meatball appetizer, which was okay, the Alfredo that came with it was delicious, but the meatballs tasted off. I also ordered chicken scampi, which was dry and lacked any flavor. The chicken had a taste that it was rancid. Like it was sitting the fridge too long before being cooked. Along with my meal I got the Italian wedding soup, and it was not good either. My husband ordered the shrimp alfredo, he did not like it. He said the flavor was not good and it honestly looked like shrimp alfredo soup because there was too much sauce. The alfredo on the noodles was not the same that came with the meatballs which was disappointing. We also got a side caesar salad and the dressing was the worst Caesar dressing I have ever tried. Would we eat here again, no.

  Voltolini's was wonderful! I asked for the gluten-free pasta and Madison, our waitress, informed me of which of their salad dressings were also gluten-free. I ordered Shimp Carbonara, and when she brought the food she said they even changed pans to make it! 🤩 If you are gluten-free, this is an amazing place to eat and the food is delicious! Also, food portions are huge-- come hungry!

  Portions were large. Service was excellent. The meatballs were delicious and the talapia was too!

  Honestly very mid. Waited for 40 mins which is fine but was excited to be seated. Salads are very disproportionately made. Caesar dressing is horribly tangy and not fishy like fresh made. The parm on the menu says freshly shaved and usually that's the standard for Caesar salads, even at Kroger or Walmart. So an Italian restaurant you'd think would have it down. We got served our apps, drinks, salads and we're done with everything before our spaghetti came out 30 mins later after we all had pretty much finished drinks and meals. It was also my birthday and I was extremely let down by this experience. For these prices, piada FAST food Italian restaurant is better heands down. The staff of very nice but also very incompetent or under trained, un professional. Could be a nice place with some much needed organization and menu rearrangement. Our meal also only came with 3 meat balls. They forgot to bring out the bread so they gave it to us to go. I'd honestly eat anywhere else in the area.
