  My bean burrito had cold cheese and tossed on each end of it. A couple of nice kids helped me at the counter. They seem like a good crew, but sure didn't care how the food was made. My son's chicken taco was the same way. Cheese tossed on the outside instead of inside.

  I've always loved this place,but seems like they have new people with attitudes, someone was at the drive though sitting 10 feet behind it for like 5 mins not ordering blocking off the drivethough ordering window, so I went around them to the actual window they kept acting like I was in the wrong when the other lady was blocking the drive though. I asked them what the right thing for me to do was,and they told me I should have parked and came in, to my response then what is the point of the drive though? So can I just park in frount of it and just wait for an issue then move.... they were acting like I was the problem.

  I've been there twice. Last night I got 3 of the skinniest tacos I've ever gotten from a fast food Mexican place. I think there may have been a total of a teaspoon of lettuce, a teaspoon of cheese, and about a tablespoon of meat. The crunchy shells were all crushed and broke in half since there was not enough filling to hold them apart. I asked for hot sauce. I recieved 3 packets of hot sauce. I have not been to a Taco Bell in the past decade that has given me less than 2 packets of sauce per taco. But I received 3 packets. What terrible stingy meal experience. The first time I was there, the drive thru line was only about 3 or 4 cars from being to the street so I went in. I waited at least 10 minutes to place an order. Then I waited over 30 minutes for 6 tacos to be served. This has to be Ohio's worst Taco Bell ever. Probably worst of several states.
