  Completely empty when we arrived. There was a dirty white bucket on the table nearby. No white rice available, only brown rice. It was hard and undercooked. Asked for a new batch of rice and they scooped a new bowl of the same rice. Awful. We ordered the birria tacos. No birria sauce available. No cilantro either. What burrito restaurant doesn't have rice or cilantro!? Why offer birria tacos if you don't have the sauce. Of course they didn't inform us until after we paid and waited. Rude. If we would have known we would have left and eaten somewhere else. Store was empty when we left. Seems like even the locals avoid this place. Do not recommend.

  Decent but I won't go again. We visited Hocking Hills and decided on Maya Burrito because my husband had enjoyed it in the past. They were out of several things we wanted including pork and guac. The rice was bland and undercooked. Very crunchy. The tables and bathrooms were not clean at 4pm so I hate to see what they look like by closing time. Overall, the food was fine but there were probably better places to try since we were only spending 3 days in the area.

  The worker we encountered, was very rude as soon as we walked in. We are first time customers and had placed an order online. It was my initial mistake that I didn't realize the website was a "build your own burrito" from the appearance of it, it looked like we were ordering prebuilt burritos and nachos since the website just says "options" as in additional items (especially since the first 3 items are meat that are just additional items for an additional cost) and not something more specific like "customize your order". As soon as we walked in, no one greeted us but I tried to be friendly by saying "hello, we had placed an online order" and was met with a very snippy "sooooo about that, this is what the receipt shows and you didn't select anything so we couldn't build your food and we're almost out of steak". I graciously said, that's okay and my husband and I picked out our items. We initially ordered a steak quesadilla, steak and chicken burrito bowl and chicken nachos. There was not a lot of steak left and so we opted for a chicken quesadilla to accommodate. When I asked if we could have the few remaining pieces left of steak on our quesadilla since we had originally wanted a steak quesadilla and they were closing in the next 20 minutes, the lady very rudely said "no, that would be extra". I didn't argue but thought that was extremely rude because the chicken quesadilla costs less than the steak quesadilla. When we asked about the quesadilla if it came with any sides, veggies or sour cream, the woman again, very rudely said no and told us it was extras. What quesadilla doesn't come with sour cream? Anywho... don't visit, you're better off getting pizza down the road.

  A great spot to grab a quick bite to eat while in town. We enjoyed our chicken quesadilla and steak bowl - there was plenty of food with leftovers for later. Really enjoyed seeing all the local art and sitting on the covered patio with our dog. Will be back!

  Mediocre food at an expensive price. We ordered on a tablet and a tip was requested for food that was made on a line and placed on a tray. We then ordered soft drinks at a startling $3.59 and there was no ice in the machine. When we told the staff they had no ice, they did not offer to fill the machine, and offered to fill our already full drinks with ice behind the counter. There were also no utensils out and no napkins. Staff was not accommodating and rather rude. The restaurant was also uncomfortably hot and they had one fan to cool the restaurant. Our family of five paid $90 for the meal and we also didn’t get a bag of chips that we ordered. Would not recommend this establishment as it was clearly poorly managed and maintained.
