- RRRyanJul 24, 20261.0For. Donuts sitting out on rack with flies instead of in the case. Manager was busy trying to be popular with the young teenage girls working. Tables had wrappers and drink rings on them with no customers. Restrooms were filthy. If the inspector showed up, they would fail.

Boyfriend was worried it might chip a tooth. You only get 5 hash browns. Drinks are $4.99. No refills. So look to spending $10 on enough to drink, just to swallow down the “extremely dry” food. Old stale unglazed donuts in display case. With only s handful of a variety. The service was just as bad, excluding the young pregnant female. (Good luck sweetheart). We were the only customers in there and no one at the drive through. We stood at the counter for a good five minutes, while trying to grab attention by saying excuse me three times, all while receiving glances from the employees. Five we counted. At 11am. The manager, kept her back to us while ranting about her baking skills and showing off pictures of her bathroom to the young teenage females. (Guess this makes you popular these days). I mean, you know she knew that we were standing there just by the glances that kept our way. I’m not sure HOW she landed a management role. She definitely displays poor customer service. Which is sad considering this is who the young ladies are supposed to follow. Now, the atmosphere. Multiple Tables were dirty with sticky drink rings. Fresh donuts sitting on the baking rack instead of the display case, allowing flies to feast upon them. And do not even get me started on the cleanliness of the restrooms. I would bet a pet dollar that the health department would have a field day with this location. Someone needs to call in the district or regional manager to get this dunkin’ in shape. Will NOT be returning customer.
