- RBRick BarnesJul 6, 20264.0Had a quick lunch. Ordered the five dollar box. It was good. The burrito was different in that it was layered. As I ate it, first was meat, then more bean then cheese. It was still good. I mean it's only five bucks.

- DGDylan GrimJun 15, 20261.0Taco Bell on N. West St. in Lima strikes again. I ordered two tacos with beef and onions in a bowl, covered with red sauce, cheese, and sour cream. The employee on the speaker said, “Okay.” Seemed simple enough. I get to the window and discover they somehow managed to put everything INSIDE the tacos instead of in a bowl. When I tried explaining the order was wrong, the entire crew looked at me like I had just asked them to explain quantum physics. Then the manager walked up. She was so cross-eyed I honestly couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or the computer screen behind me. She informed me that what I wanted was an Enchirito. Cool story. I didn’t ask for a Taco Bell history lesson—I ordered custom tacos and the employee said “Okay.” Then came the classic excuse: “Well, they’re already made.” Apparently once a Taco Bell employee assembles a taco, it’s protected by state law and can never be modified again. The manager refused to give me a bowl even though I was charged for it and acted like I was the unreasonable one. For $18 an hour, I wasn’t expecting five-star dining. I was just hoping someone could successfully follow instructions involving a bowl. If you enjoy paying for things you don’t receive and being treated like you’re the problem, this Taco Bell is definitely for you. 1 star. The missing star was probably already made.
