- PCPreston CobbMay 11, 20261.0Go to any other McDonald's even it takes hours. I have lived here in Lima for close to 10 years and I always had bad experiences at this McDonald's. The food, my god no one can cook in that place for their lives. It's either always cold or just taste bad. The wait time for food just is ridiculously long. They always prioritize the drive thru over inside dining. And when I have went through the drive thru, I am always missing something in my bag. Or end up getting what I did NOT order. The bathroom are horrendous and disgusting. And the customer service is decent depending on who is working that day. IS NOT KIDS FRIENDLY. Teens run up in there and act like fools and cause scenes all the time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
