  Staff is rude. Not ONCE have they got our order right- missing items or just random items thrown in. Plan to repeat your order 2-3 times and still not receive what you order.

  Be Prepared!!! You will wait and they will never serve most McCafé items, especially coffee. They chronically are out 9/10 times, any day of the week, morning or night. They simply don't want to deal with preparing them. They only ever run one speaker at a time in the drive through and you will wait awhile for any order. We had breakfast delivered this morning by a local Dasher and even he knows the deal!

  Customers were fighting over a hat and cursing and also banging on windows and it was horrible

  The lady handing me my food today said absolutely nothing. Zero words, nothing, not a smile, not a thank you, not have a nice day ...nothing. Two weeks ago I was here as well, waited in line at the intercom and nobody ever came on to acknowledge my existence. I waited for several minutes then left.

  I don't go to McDonald's as much as I use to now they add extra sauces and ketchup to everything. If I want extra. I'll ask for it, which is what I do with the fish sandwich. I did stop in and ordered a fish. It was over cooked and now not served with extra sauce and old fries. If I can't count on how McDonald's builds their sandwiches I will need to walk in and try to get someone to come to the counter for a discussion on what the procedure is today and how I would like it made. I wouldn't even try that at the drive thru. Please just go back to the original ways. Edit: Stopped in three times after original post. 1) Had a Sausage egg Mcmuffin breakfast, the food was good. 2) Ordered Big Mac meal, with normal amount of sauce. It was tasty. The service was above board. Friendly, welcoming and energetic. The table service surprised me. Well done! 3) Tried another attempt with the Fish sandwich. I have to say it was perfect, best I've even had! Things are different here now, I up graded my original ratings.
