  Twice now I have ordered a caramel macchiato and it hasn’t been made right THERE IS NO COFFEE INNMY COFFEE. What is that! It shouldn’t have a dome lid on it… maybe train people how to make things correctly, it isn’t even full, this is how I received it.

  Got done with blood work wanted a good hot daily double fries and sweet tea it was 10:50am food was cold all of it!!!! Won't go back to this one SAD

  Every single time we go it takes forever... you can sit down at la cheareads and get your food twice as fast... and it'll actually be right... this time we've been waiting for our order for over 20 minutes at the extra window for 2 buns with only cheese on em and 2 4 piece nuggets.... and we've seen 4 people go back in with wrong orders... all after sitting here waiting.... and manager stated it was his fault they weren't made right, he thought it was put in wrong from the person taking the order. He tossed the mcdoubles over a small counter and hit the boy standing there with one of them. The boy said "man you hit me with that" and the manager said "my bad" we waited another 5 minutes for the buns with cheese. Nothing fast about fast food here.
