  I have been to this location twice, and both times, they forgot an item. When I brought it to their attention, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. As if forgetting an item I paid for wasn't bad enough, the music playing in the restaurant was very inappropriate for a public establishment. Listen to whatever you want on your own time, but when I go out for food, I shouldn't have to listen to music that has the F word or the very derogatory N word. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

  The bread was dry and hard, completely different than JJ bread in Texas.

  Ordered a Vito with extra onion and cut in half. There was no onion at all and the sandwich wasn't cut. It was hard to eat. It was a reward sandwich and it was disappointing.

  I the drive thru is always fast and accurate
