My first time it was 3:30pm on a Tuesday, second was 7pm on a Thursday night and third time was last night at 6:00pm. What do you mean that you’re a sandwich shop that doesn’t have the basic ingredients to make a sandwich? Especially 3 separate events over the last year? I have never had this issue with JJ. Only this location since moving to the area. This location continually disappoints with long wait times, lack of basic ingredients, and poor customer service. I’m sure nothing will come of this review- but I am hoping that this is a fair warning to anyone reading this.

On the 19th I ordered a sandwich with only meats And told them meats only They up charged me for chicken because no ham ….. Then proceeded to add lettuce and tomatoes ( I didn’t realize until I got to work ) One worker kept touching his body then the food with his glove one One lady spent the entire time counting bacon and the third I assume was training because he kept asking what to do.

First sandwich at your location was tremendous. The last two have been “bread” sandwiches and extremely dry. We will now be looking for another sandwich shop or probably just make them at home.
