  Would not recommend it! We ordered a Vegetarian, no cheese , extra pickles. Half of the order came with just lettuce, no tomato and a small piece of cucumber. Did they run out ? They did not tell us and still charged full price for that joke .

  As I walked in later in the evening, I was the only customer inside of the store. I was promptly greeted and helped by Owin. He was absolutely fantastic, friendly and even helped me with a problem I had with my Jimmy John’s app! Will absolutely be returning to this location

  Literally one and a half piece of meat. I was in a rush but 11 dollars for a barely meat sub no thanks. They won’t be in business much longer. Just make it at home.

  Ordered a side of pasta salad. Picked up my online order with no pasta salad in sight. Plus I never got a notification saying that my ASAP order was ready for pickup so I just drove up myself instead of waiting longer.

  The subs I ordered were on the toasted menu, but were not toasted When I called the store I was informed you must order them toasted. Seems odd to have to request toasted when that's how they're advertised . This was drive thru
