- ABAngel BlueApr 30, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable experience. I bought a dozen donuts and found a hair baked inside one of them. That is disgusting and a serious food safety issue. There is no excuse for something like that to make it out of the store. This shows a complete lack of cleanliness, quality control, and care for customers. It made the entire order untrustworthy and honestly ruined my appetite. I also contacted customer service and received no response, which makes this even worse. Ignoring customers after a food safety complaint is not acceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before buying food here until major improvements are made. I will add that the store manager was very helpful With fixing my order and giving me my missing items, But unfortunately, the donuts that she served me had a disgusting salt and pepper colored hair in it.

Waited about 10 minutes and then I said excuse me can you please take my order and the girl turned around with an attitude proceeded to take my order I was like do you guys have any more glazed donuts in the back she huffed and puffed and I guess asked somebody in the back and I let her know that I would no longer like the donuts because of her attitude. I get customer service is a bit rough but there's no need for an attitude
