- BGBrad GossardJul 28, 20265.0I’ve eaten at Chipotle locations all over the country, and my visit to the Lima, Ohio location today was hands-down the best Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I stopped in for tacos, and Anaya made the entire visit exceptional. Her customer service was truly outstanding she was friendly, professional, upbeat, and genuinely seemed to care that every customer had a great experience. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of energy and pride to their job, and it made a lasting impression. The blonde young lady working the line with the nose ring was also fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and helped keep everything moving while making customers feel welcome. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Employees like Anaya are exactly what every business hopes to have. She deserves recognition for the way she represents Chipotle. I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location because of the incredible service.

- NPNema PupsikJun 8, 20261.0Love chipotle, eat them for about 10 years and been in so many different locations, so had a different experience everywhere and unfortunately this location hired too many greedy people, first they all put me the size of my bowl like for a kid and then tried to overcharge with wrong amount of payment, I even asked 3 times they said amount is correct, so I’ve been buying it for over a year in this location and they really think I don’t know how much it cost? Panda Express is doing better guys :)

After he said “is that better?” with a hint of attitude. And then to top it off, gave me a teaspoon of sour cream when I asked for extra. I don’t like their attitude. I don’t like the service and I don’t like the atmosphere in there. I DO NOT recommend Elida Rd. Chipotle.
