I placed a to go order last night and there was a giant accident directly in front of bdubs. They still offered walk in service for those willing to park and walk from frickers with the road blocked. Unfortunately I had my kids and a chihuahua in the car and couldnt walk in. The sheriff told me 15 minutes to clear the road. I waited from around 11:05 to midnight outside and finally gave up trying to get my order.... when I called a manager they gave me a refund even though I was tired and sad I couldnt pickup my food. Today, I placed it again and totally thought they forgot my side of hatch queso with my fries. When I called, she asked if they were physically ON the fries, and made sure I was "all good to go" before hanging up. The order was fine, I was mistaken that the queso would be ON the fries instead of as a side.... I felt terrible and apologized profusely, even with all this stuff going on and me being mistaken, they made sure my order was perfect and I was satisfied!! Absolutely wonderful customer service. 10/10 happy with the food between me and my kiddos. We will be back and thank you again!!

Our server on the other hand, David, was very nice. Had a very good customer service and apologized for his co workers. This bdubs needs to have the workers work on there professionalism. They were very rude! Also should probably say they close at 10:30 and not 11 if they are gonna treat people like that.
