  I order a French dip Swiss and didnt get any dip didnt get the au just cup and I called three times and no one ever answered. The entire reason I got the French dip Swiss was for the French dip and didnt get it. Very disappointed for my first time ever trying Arby's

  The staff we're very friendly, the food was reasonable but the dining area was disgusting. There were about 8-10 people in the lobby so certainly got a little busy but we were there for an hour and the last two in the lobby, no one cleaned anything in the dining area. There were multiple tables with piles of trash left over from previous guests, some that were sitting there when we walked in. The highchairs were super sticky, the floor was quite sticky, and the fountain soda was low on syrups for multiple pumps.

  Only bad thing about Arby's is you sit in line forever. I have never been to a restaurant where you sat in line so long waiting on food

  Customer service was horrible,Fries was burnt,chicken tenders was burnt,roast beef and cheddar was cold.arbys in lima ohio was pure pathetic... Will never eat at another ARBYS EVER
