  Manager? Do You exist at this place? Your customers blocking the whole road and by hiding you won’t resolve this issue at all!

  You guys can’t manage the place at all!! Your customers blocking the whole road , had to argue with people outside so I could just leave the place. Why you can’t put 1 person outside to manage your traffic?

  It’s very rude and disrespectful to be talking about vulgar things instead of taking care of your customers instead of worrying about what nasty stuff is on people‘s license plate. How about you Focus on doing your job while you’re on the clock. If I wanted to hear that kind of thing I’d have my husband say it. A few people working today 6/27 really need a lesson on professionalism. It’s one thing to talk about a license plate. It’s another thing to continue and talk about it instead of taking care of the other customers in line,

  I have been here a couple times and it is always a good experience! Today me and my mom went and the girl who cashed is out was EXTREMELY rude! She did not have a smile or ask any customer service questions. When the drinks came out they were wrong and she got completely upset with us because we did not tell her before hand, when she mumbled the whole time and we could not hear her over the music. She ended up going to her co-workes throwing her hands up shaking her head, being COMPLETELY unprofessional. She ended up walking off the line and leaving both lines of cars sitting there. Another one of her coworkers had to come and hand out drinks and fix the mistake. And it all resulted in it being rung in wrong. Instead of saying that and apologizing she was completely disrespectful. I don't know if we will be going again. (The coworker who had to come out because she completely walked away, was very nice and apologetic, she even said she didnt tell her anything and just walked away!)

  First I want to say that 7 Brews customer service is second to none! I received a gift card for my birthday. The card was such a hassle as for some reason, it would not activate, not in store, online, or even when I called corporate. I was able to contact the corporate office via FB. I messaged them and within an hour or so, I received a response. I provided everything they needed. They were very professional and accommodating. They did absolutely everything they could to fix the issue in a timely and very kind manner! The card for whatever reason( things happen) would not activate, so they had no problem making it good, without hassle! Just another reason that I love 7 brew. At my local location, they are always friendly and fast! It's understandable why they are so successful and continue to grow! Keep up the good work.
