- LFLaurie Ford2 days ago2.0Worst cappuccino I've ever had. Ordered a large and it was only half full. Couldn't taste the vanilla at all. Wasted $7.
- APAngie PlummerSep 24, 20265.0Staff members are helpful and friendly, especially Bree. They have prepared my order correctly every time.
- IJIsaac Golson JrSep 18, 20265.0Erin got me together even though I had no idea what to order I came out with a better drink than I would’ve ever thought of👌🏾
- MSMcKenna ScalfSep 15, 20265.0I’m at 7 brew almost twice a day, I’ve always had a great service and laughter with the employees. Damion is always friendly and helpful. He is always honest when I looked tired in the morning he was like let’s get you some coffee/ energy drink to get your day going. They are always so sweet no matter if it’s a bogo or a free item day. The music is always a good vibe and gets you going no matter if it’s 6am or 9pm. Thank you 7 brew employees of Lima keep up the great work.
- EPEliose PSep 4, 20263.0Usually it’s a good experience. However yesterday was not. When I pulled in, the lines were about even with 3-4 cars. I chose the outside lane. Apparently that was the wrong choice. After waiting and wondering what was going on because my order wasn’t being taken and my line wasn’t moving (yet the inside lane really was) I was finally told by the worker that this school team’s orders were ALL being placed for my lane. There were at least 20 of those kids! Why wasn’t the drive thru completely halted while their orders were made? Why weren’t drive thru orders rotated being made? It wasn’t fair. It was extremely infuriating and made me late. I was stuck (literally) waiting 20 mins with only 3-4 cars in front of me while the inside lane moved 3-4 TIMES that. I watched cars who were almost back at the entrance leave before I even moved a spot. With school starting, teams traveling, and 7Brew being limited around the parts, there needs to be a process or something figured out ASAP.
