- SJSamantha JordanMay 28, 20261.0This was the worst Gold Star experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER come back to this location. As a server myself this was truly embarrassing. Starting off our food took 30 minutes to come out (for three people). When our food finally came out we didn’t even get all of it. Additionally, we ordered chili cheese sandwiches that were basically just bread with a slither of chili. The staff were extremely rude and should not be in food service. Our waitress was on the phone half the time, rolling her eyes, and doing everything she could to rush us out of the building. No refills were provided, the food was made wrong and lacked the main ingredient… CHILI. This place was so embarrassing and I hope the waitress and her other colleagues can find another job that makes them less miserable.

But the three-way that’s all I got was spaghetti and chili no crackers no cheese no fork no napkin no hot sauce and the person working up the drive-through window had his beats headphones on not paying a bit of attention to really what was going on outside of knowing who was rolling up next and what the order was but failed to make anything 100% complete out the door so quality has always been subpar to skyline, but it is what it is and this is my last time going to Golden star for sure

There were literally crackers in the salt shaker. No one offered to refill our drinks, there were 3 empty glasses halfway through our meal. 4 employees standing behind the counter. We were the only people eating there and there were 3 dirty tables nearly the entire time we were there. I don’t know that I’ve ever had such a poor first impression at a restaurant. Poor service happens, but this is the first Google review I’ve ever written for a restaurant. I couldn’t believe how lacking the experience was.
