However, the service can be hit or miss; I've had some quick visits but also a few longer waits. Overall, it's a decent spot for a caffeine fix and a snack, but improvements in service speed would really enhance the experience.

No one was behind us so we asked the cashier if she can add 10 munchkin to our order but she rudely told us that she couldn’t do that & we would have to go back around even when no one else was in line. I went back around only because my son wanted the munchkins, I asked for a manager but was told that one was not there & they wouldn’t give me the name of the rude cashier. I will definitely not be going there again, even though it’s right next to my house.

Went through the drive through and told them the name. Got to the window for the girl to say “we don’t have it”. Walked inside and it was sitting in the mobile pickup. Customer service is expected in industries like this. West Chester has a ton of coffee shop options and multiple of this franchise. I would recommend you give your business to a franchise that cares about the service they provide. As a local business owner. Our service and how we treat our customers ALWAYS is our top priority.
