  Avoid this store. The girl serving was rude. I asked for plain white rice. She put the chicken with a lot of liquid at the bottom, barely a half scoop of tomatoes, little cheese, then forgot the rice. I said, I asked for white rice, which she then added 2 scoops. I said, you are giving it like that to me? She rolled her eyes and closed the lid. I said mentioned something a couple times and no one fixed it or corrected her. At that point I had to go. Arrived home and discovered the rice was a big smooshed clump of rice & tasted gross. Underneath was very soupy and gross. Ended up having to get something else to eat at home. 😡 The girl only filled my daughter's kid's meal items only half full. They were also out of lettuce, which they are routinely out of something half the time we go. We won't be going back to this location for awhile. 😡

  The woman who prepared my food was very rude. As for the cashier—I asked for a tortilla, and he used the same gloves he had just used to handle money to grab my tortilla. That was disgusting. They were also very rude when I asked for my receipt. I will never go back—it was gross!🤢

  Only reason for 2 stars instead of one is I do love the flavor. And when they get it right its really good. But as others have said they completely stiff you on mobile orders both portions and quality. This is a long standing issue and doesnt appear they are interested in fixing it. And Chipotle, before you comment "please contact us at blah blah blah". No. You have the feedback from multiple customers here. We are taking time to provide the feedback, do something with it instead of making us jump through more hoops to tell you what you already know.

  Went in for a bowl, asked for brown rice got 2 half scoops of brown rice had to ask for more 2 times. Got proper chicken portioning. Move to the veggie side of things the fattest amount of pico I’ve seen in my life slapped on my bowl, immediately he adds corn so I ask for the pico to be taken off and he grabs it with his hands and puts in back into the corn pan. And adds a handful of cheese when I said light cheese. Sam and Isaiah what did I just witness

  I’m planning to cover this in a general sense. Restaurant workers should really get a feel for interacting with customers from all walks of life. If they have staff who speak two languages and those customers only speak Spanish, it would be great for them to use their bilingual skills. It’s not about feeling less than anyone else; it’s about being kind and smiling. After all, no one wants to eat with a grumpy face. Beyond that, keeping the place clean is super important, from the front desk to the kitchen. Everyone needs training to work well with people.
