My peach Bellini and chopped salad and bruschetta was delicious and my husband loved his chicken spinach. Fettuccini in Asiago ( white ) sauce . And his craft beer .

Upon entering the restaurant, saw that there was only about five tables seated in the entire restaurant. Waited over five minutes to even be an knowledge that we were standing there, waiting to be seated. After being seated, we were provided our menus. 20 minutes later, we were finally asked what we wanted to drink, by of all people, the bartender who was our server. Mind you, it was not busy at all! After having our soft drinks delivered 15 minutes later, we are finally asked what we wanted to order. No honest apology, nor any effort to make things right. Even the manager came by and didn’t offer any excuse for the unbelievable poor service. I will never return to this restaurant. Ever!

We were a family of 5, not one person decided to stop and notice we haven’t been seen, at about 23 mins my husband flagged a server and asked if they knew who was supposed to be our sever as we clearly haven’t been seen yet. The place wasn’t even busy, we were the 5th occupied table out of 13 total in our section with 8 unoccupied. We noticed there were 3 total servers for the section, yet not one single person could see we were just sitting there with nothing. After 35 total minutes our server finally shows up and tells us she’s sorry. Yet she was servicing a table next to us not even 5 mins ago…. We immediately placed our order in one go. Then she finally got bread and water for our table. We noticed the people that were in line after us already got their drinks, bread, and food before we were even seen. The pasta I had was like eating from Applebees as that’s the best comparison I could give as nothing was really fresh, my husband’s lamb chops were great. Kids food was good. I honestly don’t know why we even waited, we should’ve just left and ate the other restaurants at Liberty Center that would’ve been worth the money.

The restaurant felt welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the staff made the experience easy and enjoyable. The service could have been a little quicker, but it was still very good overall. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. The food was honestly quite good, and everyone in our group found something they enjoyed. One of the highlights for our kids was being able to see into the kitchen through the glass partition. They loved watching the activity behind the scenes, which added a fun touch to the experience. Overall, Brio delivered a solid dining experience with good food, friendly service, and a family-friendly atmosphere. We’d definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
