  Took my son here a few weeks ago and he loves everything about this place. The staff was very kind to him which i appreciated.

  We placed a mobile breakfast order around 10:30 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this location. We were delayed getting there, which we completely understand may have affected the order timing. However, after scanning our code and arriving, we sat at the pickup window for nearly 20 minutes while employees walked by without acknowledging us. We finally got out and asked someone for help, only to be told the order had been canceled and that we would need to get back in line and reorder. What was most frustrating was not even the cancellation itself, but the lack of communication and the overall “sorry for your luck” attitude we received. A simple explanation or someone checking on us earlier would have gone a long way. The sad part is we genuinely love Chick-fil-A and are huge fans because this is NOT the kind of experience we usually have. Your teams are normally known for outstanding customer service, which is why this visit stood out so negatively. We just wanted to share the feedback because we were honestly disappointed with how the situation was handled at this location.

  Screw the employees, refused to give me a small order and argued with me saying they cant make it because they gave it to the wrong person without checking.

  Date: 4/23 time - evening I’ve ordered from this drive-through location many times and usually have a smooth experience, which is why this visit stood out. When I pulled up to the pickup window as I normally do, the employee—who appeared to be a manager—spoke to me in a rude tone and said, “Pull forward, didn’t you read the sign?” The way it was communicated felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I completely understand if procedures have changed or if customers are expected to follow new instructions, but a more polite and respectful approach would go a long way. Customer service is a big part of why people choose Chick-fil-A, so this interaction was disappointing. I hope the team can be a bit more courteous in how they communicate with customers moving forward.

  I had the best experience. I went to the drive through Monday night after a long day to get something to eat and team member Nola was extremely helpful in deciding what I wanted. She went above and beyond and her energy brightened my day. The service was quick and speedy and as always the food was delicious. Thank you Nola and team for providing such a special experience. I will certainly be back
