  Horrible treatment by the male working the register, even though the receipt says Jennifer. Tried to argue with me over the use of coupons. Talked to me very condescending and belittling. The male said "well it is only you" meaning the food order size. When in fact I just LOST my nephew and was getting food for the family! I had a choice and I chose Arby's...big MISTAKE!

  I do come here about once a week because I really love getting a classic roast beef sandwich. The food is always good it's just the way that customers are treated is so inconsistent and very poor. So tonight I was actually yelled at by a girl who was working. So it's Friday Aug. 5 at 7:25. There was only one car ahead of me so it wasn't like their super slammed. I pulled up and I could not understand what they were saying. I proceeded to order a sandwich and a woman came on and yelled at me to wait and they'll get back to me. But she actually was yelling with a really nasty tone of voice. Totally uncalled for! I apologized and said that I had not been able to understand what they had said and that there was no reason to yell at me. When I pulled up to the window the young man apologized but I need to report this because no one should ever act that way and customer service. Previously I've come here and waited 5 minutes at the speaker and no one addressed me. I pulled around to the window to finally get some service. Sometimes they have all the lights off and pretend like the place is closed. I've had all kinds of weird things happen here but I think this has been the absolute rudest of all. I do continue to come because I really do like the roast beef sandwich.

  I hadn't had Arby's in a while so I decided to swing through and remember what it was like. So good! The guys working the evening shift here were super friendly and we could hear them cutting up and having fun in the back while we ate. It's good to hear people enjoying themselves at work, especially when they are serving you food (who wants a bitter, angry person preparing their meal?). Reminded me of my fast food working days. Definitely will be back soon!

  Restaurant was clean, food was very hot and fresh, and the employees working on the night of 7/25 around 9:30 were super nice. They seem to have a good working atmosphere together back there. It's been a while since we've been to an Arby's and this was a great reintroduction to it. Idk if they have new management or something but the 3 star reviews definitely don't reflect our visit
