  Came an hour before closing for French fries and no one came to the speaker, I called and they just picked up and sat the phone down … I’ll never spend another dime here ! Very bad customer service. Not sure if you guys close at midnight OR THE STAFF LEAVES AT MIDNIGHT … but not cool to ignore a paying customer

  Again after not going for a few months, pink uncooked roast beef sandwiches. Didn't complain the 1st time. Stomach is definitely acting up now. Was waiting until monday when restaurants weren't crowded to go out for Fathers day. So this was my 75 year old Father's day dinner, pink uncooked roast beefs and not fries but fry bits. Plus spent as usual over 10 mins in the car trying to use their terrible app with the end result saying no deals. Coupled with a ten minute wait at the window time with pretty much "here you go". It's way too pricey for what you get. Powell already closed permenantly and Westerville Arby's just closed for good too. I wish they all would go out of business to make room for a new better roast beef chain. You can write an apology all you want, not going to look at it. Already wasted too much money, time and hope here. No more.

  The food was all wrong. We waited 20 minutes when on we were in line. Workers was on there fhones. Worst 15 dollars ever spent on a road trip.

  Always good - but always expensive - and it's a massive letdown that you can't order a Beef 'n Cheddar with extra "red ranch" sauce via their app (or DoorDash) - it's the only sauce of theirs you can't order more of 🫤
