  We pulled up to the drive-thru and was immediately told that somebody would be with us in a moment. Nearly 10 minutes later we called into the speaker and said hello and was again told to give them a few more minutes. The person that finally came back to take our order was extremely rude and acted as if we were the biggest inconvenience of his night. Rushed us through placing the order by saying "is that all "every time we ask for another item. Rather than suggestive sales or kindly asking if there was anything they could get us. The same person was very short when speaking and literally seemed to hate the fact that we were taking his time. Once we got to the window there was somebody completely different. He apologized a few times for the long wait. My dog was in the car and did bark at the cashier. I will add that my dog was not hanging out of the car window or any thing even close to being able to reach him. But the cashier immediately said to the dog of how rude he was for barking at him a couple of times. We were never asked if we wanted any sauces nor were we given any napkins at all. We ordered the new peach cobblers that were horrible. They tasted like they were pretty old. Nothing better Then having an item that was cooked in grease that day for way too long is now cold. My Dr pepper was pretty close to being flat with way too much syrup in it. No receipt was offered either. Arby's prices are not exactly the cheapest which makes having such a horrible experience that much worse. I doubt very much that we will return especially to that location

  Absolutely excellent!! Staff was nice, restaurant was clean, and food was fresh!

  Absolutely the worst service possible. I came at dinner time, 630 on a Friday, and they can't handle taking more than one car at a time. Honestly, whoever is managing this location is an absolute joke. Someone should really look into the terrible service here. Because at a certain point, it's like why even say you're open? The wait time is laughably slow.

  This time it was perfect but I usually get reheated stale food.
