  Love 7 Brew and so happy to see more locations like this one opening up! Kayla was super nice and friendly. Told me about free tee shirt day and we had a nice little chat while waiting for my drink! The friendly service and good drink got me to come back on Saturday! I was worried it was going to be a crap show with free merch but they were so well organized, directing cars and working their butts off to get everyone their shirts and drinks quick! The fun costumes staff was wearing was a bonus 🤩 will be back to this location

  Terrible customer service and extremely immature employees. There were five girls standing around each lane, seemingly doing nothing, while customers were trying to order. A bunch of local HS girls standing around socializing and not working. When I arrived, I was in one lane and was then directed to move to another. After moving, I was asked, “Why did you switch lanes?” I explained that I had been directed to do so. I then tried to order an iced mocha. The employee responded, “You want a what?” I repeated, “An iced mocha,” and she again said, “What?” while just staring at me. Another employee eventually came over and confirmed that flavors could be added to the drinks, but neither employee seemed to know how to take my order. At that point, I simply left. The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous, and the lack of professionalism and maturity among the employees was extremely disappointing. Management seriously needs to address the customer service and training at this location. Go to Biggby just down the street instead. You’ll get much better service and, honestly, be treated with the respect and courtesy that every customer deserves.

  The service here wasn’t the best. I came at 5:30am and they said I couldn’t get a buckeye shirt but I saw at least two other cars get them ! I was so sad. My friend also came and paid in cash and they took her money and said thanks for the tip. She did ask for it back and get it but that was very unprofessional. Won’t come back also the coffee doesn’t taste as good as the others

Paddy, Kinsie, and Izzy are truly some of those amazing, wonderful people who make every shift brighter and every person around them feel valued. Their kindness, positivity, and genuine care for others don’t go unnoticed. They bring such a special energy to 7 Brew and remind everyone that a little kindness can make a BIG difference. 🫶🏼 So grateful for these three incredible humans!   This 7 Brew experience was a 10/10 in every area! Everyone was so nice, efficient, and fun. I especially loved the deals they had going on with the free small drinks—it gave me the chance to try 7 Brew for the first time and explore so many different flavors over the past couple of days! A special shoutout to Kinsie! She was absolutely wonderful and helped me out a few times. She gave me some great drink recommendations, and every single one was amazing! ☺️ I’m so happy with the service and my experience. I’ll definitely be back!
