  The food was perfect and the service was amazing. The older gentleman up front with a cross necklace was a breath of fresh air. It was so nice being around someone so pleasant and helpful

  I personally think they need more help on making food, wait times are 20 minutes-hr Staff is Friendly but they need more hands to be able to deliver faster customer satisfaction.

  Whoever owns this Taco Bell has to know that the leadership is trash. There is no way I can sit for 30 mins and sum up the whole operation from the top down. I walked in and it had a stinch to it. Tables were clear but floor was dirty the smell was off putting, especially in a food establishment. The manager on duty didn't care about nothing. Service was the slowest I have ever seen. I have been around the whole United States including Alaska and I can truly say this is the worst service I have ever seen. I have seen worst in cleanliness but not in service. Sad establishment

  I now know why every time I come to this location I have to wait 20 minutes to get my food, Apparently, when you order on the kiosk, you have to ask Taco Bell employees if your food is ready instead of just bringing my food out when it is ready, Makes zero sense! Taco Bell Schorrway drive Lancaster Ohio do better smh!

  Price will blow your mind and your pocket! it's just the same old worn out Taco Bell it was years ago except now a burrito surpreme cost 6 plus dollars and I remember the same Taco Bell many moons ago where I think it cost $3.99 once people start raising prices they just won't stop this should have been a meal deal for $7 or something 6$ plus and the thing is it's even smaller I know it didn't cost any more than $2 to make it probably not even that classic examples corporate greed they never have any deals stupid app it's not like McDonald's to convenient for Taco Bell so no one ever hardly uses it. service was fast customer service was nice did not go in I don't think anybody goes in there lol. not exactly in the best location let's just say
