  After making a mistake on my order due to the website reloading every time I tried to checkout, the staff made everything right. No questions. They just fixed it. I will absolutely recommend this location. Good food and good employees.

  This was the worst one I have ever had in my life and I have been going there for over 40 years but to the point my wife order two large pizzas bread sticks and and a personal pizza she came out looked at the pizza and realized they give her to middle pizza as she tried to pick up the box it fell apart and the pizza fell on her new dress and to the ground as she gone in to talk to the guy at the counter and told him what happened the guy laughed at her as she said she hoped the pizza stan will come out of it then he told her we'll make your order right and you can just keep the middle one and asked if that was going to get the stan out all he could do over and over again is laugh at her and say no I dont think so what woman want to be treated this way when they go to get something to eat for her family

  First I would like to start off with my delivery young lady. She was fantastic very sweet and polite wonderful young woman. So my rating does not apply to her whatsoever. The food was so off standard for pizza hut. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza and as you can see by the picture below it barely had any sauce on it. I am the type of person that loves marinara and I want my pizza to have a ton of marinara. Very disappointed with that. Also the pizza was probably the driest pizza I've ever had. I didn't think it was possible to have a dry pizza but it is. Next I ordered 12 boneless wings. As you can see down below they didn't turn out typical boneless wings. My camera actually made them look a lot better than they looked in real life. I ordered six barbecue and six mild buffaloes. I really could not tell which was which because there was absolutely no flavor. I think the wings were just so burnt or something that it just all the flavor went away. I tried calling the store to give them feedback but I was on hold forever. Just a heads up because I know this is not Pizza Hut standard.

  Never again. It took twice as long as promised to receive the food. They obviously forgot to make one item. The pizza was already finished and it sat in the warming oven for 15 minutes while waiting for the other item. When I got home and we opened things, the pizza was dried out and had virtually no sauce. The other item was burned and inedible. Absolute waste of money.

  Ordered 5 personal pizzas. Whoever was behind the counter cared way more about their nails and flashing them all around than taking care of my damn food. Dropped 2 pizzas, had to wait to remake, finally get that and they drop ANOTHER one because apparently this person can’t use their hands correctly and really want you to notice their nails, so I waited AGAIN while they remade another one. My god between Pizza Hut and Little Cesar’s I have no idea how either of these two in Lancaster are still in operation. I cancelled an order with little Cesar’s because I ordered there with a pick up time of 6:30, show up and they say another hour…lolz they didn’t even look at their online orders, so we came to Pizza Hut and dealt with the same level of incompetency.
