  It has been a lot of hit or miss in the mornings. I believe they are short handed. But when in the drive thru I could have been sitting there waiting and someone else goes in the other lane and they get service first. Happened more than 5 times. Several times I have a biscuit extremely hard cant even eat. But like I said they seem short staffed in the mornings.

  I always rant and rave about this McDonald's because the food is always fresh and the drive thru is always quick and I've always gotten what I've ordered with no problems! Disappointing when your order is wrong and the drinks were only filled 1/2 to 3/4 full! I ordered 2 mcdouble meal deals for 6 bucks and the order was right and the wrapping said doubles but they put McChicken in both! Disappointing! I hope this isn't a trend! 🤦

  Stop having people pull forward for a simple Frappuccino. Yesterday you had me pull forward for my Frappuccino and said it would be 2 to 3 minutes. I walked in at the 10 min mark. Watched as you served everyone else but me. And once you were done with everyone else, you got my drink. Which was the wrong flavor and handed it to me. Then I had to wait for you to make the correct drink. So when I went through today and ordered a Frappuccino and a sandwich with nothing special about it, don't get mad when I said I was not pulling forward. I didn't have 15 minutes to wait. And amazingly, I got my order in less than 1 minute. I'm not pulling forward anymore unless I have something special that I've ordered. Will everyone have to wait on me, yes, that's right, I was there first. I'm not waiting for you to serve everyone behind me first anymore.

  I haven’t been inside this McDonald’s for several years. Stopped into get some fries. Placed my order on the Kiosk. Looked around and realized that there were 10-15 people waiting for food (door dashers I assume). I waited 15 minutes and listened to comments being made. Some of these people had been waiting over 30 minutes to get their order. I gave up and left. A group of older ladies stood at the cash register to order and were completely ignored as well. I won’t be back.

  I frequently stop by this place to grab a kids meal for my daughter, but my last two visits have been really disappointing. The teenage girls working at the drive-thru have been extremely rude and unprofessional. When I politely asked for ranch dressing and hot sauce, they completely ignored me until they handed over the food. Upon checking the bag, I noticed there was no hot sauce. When I inquired about it, one of them said they only had mustard, which I asked for instead. However, she pretended not to understand me. I’m willing to pay for extras, but I can’t help but wonder if this is a case of racism. To make matters worse, I received the wrong order; I asked for a cheeseburger kids meal, but got chicken nuggets instead. They seemed more interested in joking around with each other than doing their jobs, and my daughter doesn’t even eat chicken nuggets.it’s a waste of money and time, I really question the judgment of the manager who hired these girls.
