- WWWhittneyAug 10, 20262.0Arrived at 10:45 opening, was 3rd customer in line originally, and didn't get my food until 11:16. The store wasn't set up for opening, the manager was assigning tasks to everyone that should have been done before opening. An employee was trying to tell her that she needed to cut the steak sitting there waiting, but tue manager shut her down. I was waiting on the steak. I kept letting other customers go before me while I waited. Steak gets done and I ask for hard tacos. Guess what else wasn't ready? Back of the line again. Finally get my food (employees were nice, even though they had reason to be stressed) but wasn't offered so much as a free fountain drink or an apology from the manager for wasting my entire lunch break because she wasn't ready to open on time.
- BMBrittany MAug 8, 20263.0Went in last night around 8pm. The whole store was trashed the manager was trying her hardest to get things done so she could help up front. There were 2 younger girls worker uo front well they both had attitudes. They completely ignored customers especially the customers that was trying to pick up her order. The young girl ignored her and walked away to start making another order..The other girl just seemed very unhappy to be there all together.I'm not one to normally complain however there was not very many people in the store. I was with my children we were there for about an hour and not on person touched the lobby. As a food worker/manager myself I believe there needs to either more staffing or better training. Less standing around and talking and that is was these younger ones were doing.. training starts with management being able to communicate better with the staff.
