Claire needs an attitude adjustment. While waiting in line, I witnessed her manager ask her to do something and she took an attitude towards her. Then after waiting for Claire to finish sorting CFA Kids meal bags, she finally decided to take my order. She was not friendly and in fact, was a little stand-offish. Definitely not worthy of wearing the CFA name tag. I was not the only customer she displayed this poor attitude with as well. Claire needs a new career path because CFA is definitely not for her.

We have waited for a Chik-fil-A to open in Lancaster, Ohio for a long time. Having one so close was supposed to be a great thing. The drive Thru line with the designated mobile thru line is a complete joke and a waste of a valuable drive thru line. We have visited this location 5 times since it has opened and every single time our order is completely wrong with multiple items missing every single time. The staff in the restaurant are always messing around and not taking their jobs seriously. Leave it up to Lancaster to ruin Chik-fil-A

Have visited 5-6 times now since the opening in 3/12/26 and have held judgement until now in hopes the restaurant would turn things around but it hasn’t really gone the way I had hoped. The food is generally pretty good. It has that same Chick-Fli-A taste. I wouldn’t say it’s perfect by any means but it still has that great taste. Only exception is how the food has been delivered to our table or vehicle while in the drive through. It was smashed once and the sandwich was poorly put together by whoever was making it. The major issues at this location seem to revolve around customer service and general wait times (mainly drive thru). Each time I’ve visited, the lines have generally been medium in length or not too busy. By no means was it really busy or at major rush times. They have really been urging customers to use their “mobile thru” line and order on their phones as another sense of ordering however it seems to be an issue with prioritizing orders as some customers orders that get prioritized first are behind customers in the front. There have also been times where a simple combo order turned into a 15-20 minute wait time due to either poor customer service or employees not having a sense of urgency. I plan on returning to this location eventually but as of now, they have lost my service and I will continue to go to Canes for the meantime.

This drive thru and parking lot might be the worst experience I’ve ever had. No signs indicating the correct road to take to pull into the drive thru. I literally wouldn’t know you’re not supposed to turn in to the drive thru via Ety road if I weren’t a local and saw the Facebook post when they opened. More signage is needed. There is a traffic jam at the entrance every time I’ve visited, this entrance needs widened. Once you make it to the drive thru, expect to spend 20-30 minutes in line. Even if you ordered online. Then they deliver your food when you’re still 6 cars back and now have to sit watching your food get cold… please make cars pull forward and out of the drive thru line when they are holding up cars exiting.

It’s a Chick-fil-A. Everyone knows and loves their food. I’ve been through drive through including mobile pick up multiple times since they’ve opened. BEWARE: The first turn on the inside lane / non mobile pick up lane is very tight for a full sized truck. Which is odd because this is Lancaster after all. Because of this I use the mobile pick up line. It’s consistently slow almost regardless of how many cars are in line or when I order. I would guess my average wait time in line is around 20min. It’s usually because the car in front hasn’t received their order. It’s very common for one car to block 4-5 cars behind them that have already received their order. Rarely does someone come check on the car blocking everyone. Seems like more training and coordination is needed. Would visit more often but have to consider if I have time to wait or not. Hopefully it improves soon.
