  Honestly, this was one of the worst 7 Brew experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely slow, and several of the teens working were more focused on goofing off, cussing, and carrying on than actually doing their jobs. The lady taking our order was practically inside our window while talking to us, which was uncomfortable, There was absolutely no sense of professionalism or urgency. I’ve had good experiences at 7 Brew before, but this visit was definitely disappointing and not what I’d expect from a business. There friends came over to the door and they all started hanging out. One guy was actually trying to get orders out.

  Waited in line for over 25 minutes for my order to be taken. I left without ordering. There were 5-6 employees. I have been to this 7 brew before when they were slammed packed and left before 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Everytime I come here (only because my girlfriend wants it) they mess up the order without fail, if I give them cash they don't even give me my change back and I can literally have them read the order back to me and it will sound correct, then I get up there and boom completely different drinks, im sick of it.

  Terrible experience, terrible customer service. We went on a Sunday and waited in line for 30 minutes, we were skipped over to get our order taken, finally got up the front and as we started to explain we hadn't had our order taken yet and started to place an order the cashier abruptly got up and left. Came back and said they were not taking card payments anymore. We asked if there was anything else they could do since we had waited in line for 30 minutes already, she got up again and left for another few minutes. Came back and then proceeded to look away from us and not give an answer on if we could proceed with an order. No apologies were given, nothing. Probably won't be back. I can understand situations where tech crashes but to not really acknowledge it or offer a voucher or anything is insanely poor service.

  Amazing! You sit on your car, they come to your window to take your order, then they bring it to you and you they do everything. It's like a drive in and a 50's style diner all at the same time. I don't know how to explain it, but the place is so cool, and the drink was amazing. I had a machiato with extra espresso and raspberry and I loved it! Plus, it's right outside of a Kroger, so you can grab your coffee and then you can go grocery shopping, which is what we did. I love it highly rated, and I can't wait to go back.
