The service is always quick and with an upbeat attitude. The product is great tasting and well worth the money. I will be a customer as long as 7 Brew is around. Thank you for great coffee and amazing service. 7 Brew has amazing employees. The employees work as a team and that is what makes it a great place to visit.

I won’t go to Starbucks anymore because 7B is way more consistent with their drinks! The pricing is cheaper and the taste of the coffee is better too. The only thing I recommend is to allow payment to be done through the app..just to allow a quicker transaction.

First time...dont like the whole chica-fala-laya drive thru style..but anyway luckily not busy right now since I had to pull out my phone to see a menu.. then you dont even have a way to know what order is mine when i get up to get it. Lady just walked up and asked what I ordered... next time I hope its busy as hell... Imma pull in.. pull out my phone... look up the website... start searching the menu and hold it up until I find what I want..

I am in this drive thru every single day. Some days, I make two trips. The staff is always super nice and patient when I want to change my order and try something new. I love they don’t hesitate to offer suggestions for me to try too! I’ve tried other 7brews and never again!! No offense but the Lancaster Ohio staff is hands down the absolute best customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I visited on 8/26 and was accidentally double-charged for 4 drinks. I went back to the stand about 15 minutes later once I realized I had been double-charged. The manager told me that one charge should fall off once it’s out of “pending” status. Both charges actually hit my account on the evening of 8/28. On the morning of 9/1, I went back to the stand and told the shift manager that both charges hit my account, and showed him said charges. He said that since it’s the weekend that’s why one charge didn’t fall off and to give it a few more days. I went back to the stand again today, as both charges are still on my account and neither have reversed out. I was told there’s nothing they can do for me, that I had to come back within 24-48 hours. I tried explaining to them I came back twice, and was clearly given incorrect information. I was then directed to call corporate. The managers/shift managers are not educated on processes, and has made this entire situation difficult and frustrating. I re-iterated to the shift manager today that I paid for 8 drinks, only received 4, came back TWO times for help, and was still told that there isn’t anything they can do. She did offer to comp me one drink if corporate wasn’t able to help, but where’s the other 3 I paid for?
