  Ordered a few weeks ago, pizza did not include garlic sauce… thought it was standard to include one per pizza. Ordered 2 pizzas tonight— since when did pepperoni go under the cheese? Wasn’t cooked entirely and I had to put in the oven. What is going on at this store? I used to have no issues. The employees must be high or something. Disappointing and a waste of money.

  Service has gone to hell since they switched to Door Dash delivery. The delivery estimates mean nothing anymore. It reminds me of ordering on Uber Eats, where they lie about the delivery times and then re-adjust the estimated delivery time over and over when it's not there yet. I got an hour delivery estimate tonight for a pizza, and then ten minutes after my pizza was supposed to arrive, they added another hour to the delivery time. When we called, the pizza was already made, sitting under the heat lamps, getting chewy, with no Door Dash in sight to delivery it. You can't tell me one hour delivery and then change it to two hour delivery after an hour has passed. Time to call start calling Dominoes, where delivery times mean something.

  Places a mobile order at 1030 for dinner pull up to the store allll the lights on equipment turned on but doors locked 3 other people trying to get in the tracker is saying "making" the customer support bot cant refund me so im stuck with no dinner tonight ////// EDIT 30 mins later my order comes thru and the manager explained the closer had walked out and him and he fix everything very professional

  This is the driest cheese bread and breadsticks I’ve ever seen in my life. The cheese bread looks like it has been sitting in a warmer for 5 hours.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to customers with an aggressive attitude, seemed annoyed by simple questions, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. During my visit, I personally observed behavior that I found very concerning, including what appeared to be the employee smoking what I believed to be marijuana inside the store and having a child with her while working. If management has not already looked into these issues, I hope they do so promptly. Customer service and professionalism are important, and customers should be able to enjoy their experience in a safe and respectful environment.
