  This is the driest cheese bread and breadsticks I’ve ever seen in my life. The cheese bread looks like it has been sitting in a warmer for 5 hours.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Papa John’s. The employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to customers with an aggressive attitude, seemed annoyed by simple questions, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. During my visit, I personally observed behavior that I found very concerning, including what appeared to be the employee smoking what I believed to be marijuana inside the store and having a child with her while working. If management has not already looked into these issues, I hope they do so promptly. Customer service and professionalism are important, and customers should be able to enjoy their experience in a safe and respectful environment.

  Very disappointing experience at Papa Johns. I personally observed pizza trays sitting on the floor right next to a trash can in the kitchen area, and this raises serious concerns about sanitation and food safety. Equipment that appears to be used for food preparation should never be stored in such conditions. This does not look acceptable and does not inspire confidence in cleanliness standards. Health and sanitation rules exist for a reason. I hope management addresses this immediately.
