  Was just here for breakfast and left without my caramel frappe that I paid for in exchange for a chocolate milk which is no where near the same price.. I overheard the shift manager yell " I dont know how to make this drink guys " ... so one of the workers had to tell me they don't have caramel frappes at the moment. Although the worker was nice this was Very unprofessional on the shift managers end.

  Drive-thru line was long, but the service time was still okay. The food was hot and fresh when served. The employee taking our order sounded a little confused when we requested extra cream and sugar for the coffee, and no stir stick or spoon was provided, so the sugar stayed at the bottom and I did not taste it until I was almost finished with the drink. Small details like that can affect the experience. Other than that, the order was accurate and the food came out hot.

  Drive thru staff is unprofessional and like always looking for someone, like I don't come here looking for connections. They just don't get it. Poor people, can't find anybody.

  Waited in drive through for 10 minutes, ended up with cold sloppy food. Employee at second window didn’t acknowledged me. No “hello” or “have a nice day”. Just handed me a bag of food and walked away. This location is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Bad Management. It’s been like this for years. It never changes.
