- TMTrisha MizenAug 5, 20263.0Glad the slogan is no longer Freaky Fast because this location is Freaky SLOW. Some employees ate borderline rude. The majority stand around and watch 1 worker do the work while they a r e 3-4 customers deep and promise each one "You're next". The food is good and fresh when you finally get it, but you lunch hour is over. So go when you can afford to be leisurely and ignore the rudeness, eat elsewhere.

Placed an order for delivery and the sandwich was super soggy, they did not include a straw with the drink, and they followed zero instructions included with my order (not cut in half, no napkins, no mayo packets). When I called to let them know, the manager basically said 'sorry oh well' and that there is nothing they can do. It sucks to pay for a meal that is not what you ordered/how you ordered it, and then then for the drink to have no straw, those are simple and basic expectations when you order from a restaurant. They don't care though, so I wouldn't order from this location if you want your order to be taken correctly and with care.
