Build-your-own tacos, creatively crafted margaritas and a wide range of tequila & whiskey all served in a stunning, artistically designed Day of the Dead-themed location in Lakewood. Eye catching interior, bar, and patio - all with the feel of a close-knit lively neighborhood.
Went there on a Friday night, place was pretty empty, but the food still took nearly an hour to come out, between my fiance and I we ordered 4 tacos, mine came out basically freezing cold and she took hers to go, she ate them later and they were pretty disgusting, pure salt, poor chicken meat. I also ordered a double Jack on the rocks, which, they still somehow got wrong, and the waitress argued with me that it wasn't, but, I let it go. Not worth the time or money, stay away.

This is beyond ridiculous we come to our local Barrio FAITHFULLY seeing that it’s right down the street we order the same thing consistently and tonight this bartender whether she is new or not I’m not sure but she took 20 minutes to grab my food card then never asked my wife if she wanted anything left for 5-8 min then had to be flagged down for my wife to put a order in she sat and talked to what seemed like a old coworker for 15 minutes without checking on us still never got the water I asked for this is beyond me! She has green and black braids and if your going to bartend please wear a shirt where your stomach isn’t hanging out the bottom of come on now Lakewood we have to do better she must be a float from Cleveland she claims to be the managers Best Friend but again if that’s the case then you need to represent the BRAND with some respect and decency!

The last couple times I was here their service was BAD. About a month ago it took an hour to get some tacos while we watched delivery drivers come and go. Tonight it wasn't busy(still a number of bar seats and tables open), we sat at the bar and after at least 5min trying to get the bartenders attention, we left. The bartender didn't acknowledge we were even there.

Super hot. Not very attentive. Waited over 30 mons to even order a drink. Ordered guacamole and charged but never got it. And the soft corn shells were definitely not warmed because they were disintegrated. Couldn't even eat them. 60 bucks later...super super disappointed. I was so excited to be put of my element and try this place again after like 1 time 10 years ago...this experience was super duper not great.

I had been here before and really enjoyed the inventive, upscale Mexican menu they originally offered, so I was disappointed to discover they've shifted to a taco-focused concept.
The concept itself is great. It actually reminded me of home—many taquerías in Mexico City use a similar ordering system where you select your tacos on a paper sheet. Unfortunately, the execution fell short. I requested corn tortillas, but they were brittle and broke apart as I ate, suggesting they may have been frozen or simply made with lower-quality ingredients. The tacos were also inconsistent; for example, one had meat on only one side of the tortilla. The flavors were good, but overall the experience was just average.
The service was also disappointing. It was a busy Friday evening, but not overcrowded—we were seated immediately. It took quite a while for anyone to take our drink order, and after we ordered, we waited so long that we had finished all our tacos before the beer and mocktail finally arrived.
I genuinely hope they continue to improve. This restaurant has been a Cleveland staple, and I'd love to see it thrive again.
