  Hostess was walking around and giving water for someone's dog outside while already prepared order has been sitting at the desk just waiting to be handled to a customer who was sitting and waiting for 10-15 minutes... 05/18/2026, 6:50pm I myself had to wait forever for my takeout DoorDash order to be prepared, 40 minutes, that's ridiculous

  I’m writing because I’m not happy with my recent experience and the service charge added to my bill without properly disclosing on the menu or anywhere else. I sat at my table for over 25 minutes without a single server acknowledging me. The restaurant was at roughly 35% occupancy and multiple servers walked past my table, but not one made eye contact. After 30 minutes I gave up and walked to the bar to order myself. The bartender (a young woman with a butterfly tattoo on her neck) told me she’d be right with me, then took another 10 minutes just to come grab the order slip I had already filled out. I’m only now catching up on your most recent reviews, and I’m sad to see the quality of service has declined exponentially. Whoever the owner is needs to take a serious look at management before the reputation of this place is damaged beyond repair. The food is genuinely excellent, which makes this all the more frustrating. Service over my last several visits has been consistently poor, and being charged a mandatory service fee on top of that is what pushed me to finally write this.

  Order wasn’t made properly. General manager interrupted me, raised her voice and walked up to my face. She made me uncomfortable and I thought I was about to defend myself over tacos that the cook made a mistake on. She is not fit to be a manager and not even in customer service. I will not go back because of the hostile environment and the poor management over the entire staff. Nor will I recommend the establishment to anyone. Also for the inconvenience I asked for a pop to take with me and she denied me a drink after the rude service and wrong order.

  Visited the Lakewood location and I've gotta say, this was a wildly bad experience. My food came out cold, and incorrect. It was only slightly wrong and I didn't have time to wait for a remake so i let it slide, however during my meal , another customer had their order made incorrectly and was highly mistreated by a the GM on hand. This girl was unprofessional, rude and almost had me about to say something by the way she was treating this other young lady. The whole restaurant watched this go down, and it made EVERYONE uncomfortable. The way it was handled was very unprofessional and gave me a major dislike of the whole establishment. I will not be returning or recommending moving forward.

  I had inexplicably bad tacos yesterday to where I'm still thinking about them today. Dry. Wrong toppings. Barely any guac/bacon between the shells. I could tell the food was made by someone with hate in their hearts.
