  ⭐ 1/5 Extremely disappointing service. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this Sonic location. It has happened to me multiple times now. Today, I waited around 40 minutes, only to finally be told that they couldn’t make my order because they were too busy. If you cannot fulfill an order, you should tell the customer immediately instead of making them sit there waiting for 40 minutes. What made the experience even worse was the rude and unprofessional attitude from the staff. There was no proper apology or concern for the amount of time I had already wasted. I understand restaurants can get busy, but being busy does not excuse poor communication or disrespectful customer service. After experiencing similar issues here more than once, this location seriously needs better management, communication, and customer service training. Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this location based on the service I’ve repeatedly received.

  They take WAY TO LONG!!!! I waited 30 MINUTES for a milkshake!!! It's very very good but the wait is ridiculous. This not the first time!!!

  Every time I come thru here to just order a simple drink, I wait at the car stall for minimum 15 minutes. Doesn’t matter if a car is in line or not at the drive thru. The employees seem to be lazy and don’t want to make a 10 foot walk into the heat to deliver my drink. If curbside is going to be like this then it needs to just be rid of because your employees aren’t delivering anything to anyone in a timely manner. Smh do better and have some integrity in your work, yall chose the job, so no reason to whine and complain when you have to do your expected job. UPDATE: It has now been 30 minutes that I have been waiting for a Large Sized Cherry Limeade. 30 MINUTES! The manager is the rudest and most likely laziest individual I’ve seen working at this place. Whoever owns this franchise should rid of all employees and start fresh because this is the worst this sonic has ever been. At this pace, a shutdown is likely for this location. Patrons are fed up with the poor service.

  Shouldn't take 50+ mins to get food on a prepaid online order. Got here at a bit after 10:00 and didn't get my food until 3 mins until 11:00. I had to go knock on the kitchen door to finally get my food. Kicker is it was just sitting there the entire time.....for 40+ mins. Don't worry, I learned my lesson and won't be coming back

  I arrive in the drive thru at 1:26 AM on a Saturday. Lady at the speaker says grill, fryer, and ice cream machine is shut down for the night and all that is available is soft drinks & slushies. I’ve worked & managed restaurants all my life, & still do. I understand closing some equipment down 10 minutes before close, completely understandable. But 34 minutes before close and all that’s available is drinks? Why is the restaurant even advertised online as opened until 2 AM? I’ve also came around this time previously, and they’ll say they’re doing cash only. I feel as though this is another way for them to avoid doing the job they signed up for, as most people don’t carry cash. Gas is too expensive for me to leave my house just to find this out 34 minutes before close. Ridiculous
