  Drive thru employee had the absolute worst customer service skills I've ever seen!! No hi's, bye's, thank you, NOTHING!! Not to mention she REFUSED to bend over to give me anything!! I literally had to stretch my arm just to get my order!! Soo sick of trash service!!

  While I haven't had any particularly bad food served to me here, the other reviews below (maybe even above) mine about the painfully slow service are a must in terms of being taken seriously. Because you WILL be stuck waiting for a long time, possibly up to a half hour if not more. Last I was here, I put in an online order and was lucky I made it back out with my food in 25 minutes. It surprises me the franchise owner doesn't seem to feel any amount of embarrassment from that alone. Considering a Wendy's kinda near here just closed for the same thing, it wouldn't surprise me if this location is potentially on Sonic's radar for them to shut down. That is, if they have a brain.

  Always a very long wait. Rudest manager & Employees that I have ever met in my life. Would rather chew off my own arm than order from here .

  They can have 5 workers, no cars in drive thru and none at the speakers will still take 4 mins for anyone to even offer to take your order. Ordered one drink and eventually just turned my engine off at the window and reclined my seat before they ever came to take payment. What is wrong with these places anymore? I feel all I do is leave negative reviews but service in eaterys have rapidly declined and it's disgustingly sad cause the price of their food has more than doubled.

  I’m not usually the kind of person to leave negative reviews, but this location is awful. I go here often on my lunch break because I work nearby. I will never go again after my last visit, though. The food always takes a long time, which i’m sympathetic to because I have worked food service for years and I know how hard it can be. But after waiting 20 minutes for my a single burger and a shake, the employee was extremely rude to me. She held open the door, and just said “here” and shoved the food at me. I was not rude to her nor did I do anything to provoke the disrespect. And the burger was made wrong, crumpled in the wrapper and just thrown in the bag. My shake was also DISGUSTING. When I called and asked for a refund, they told me I would have to bring my bag back to get a refund! The audacity. Of course I had already thrown the food away at this point, not to mention I was on the clock so I couldn’t return the bag if I wanted to. DON’T GO HERE!!!
