This place genuinely sucks. Don’t waste your money or time here, they take forever to get you your food/drinks, just to give terrible service and nasty attitudes. I just came here with my dad, and apparently they’re closed? It’s a Wednesday, at 10:30. There’s six cars waiting for orders they’re not even going to receive. The outside lights are off, and no one is inside the kitchen. You guys suck.

Honestly have never had such a bad experience. We were the only ones there, my husband's burger was wrong, he had to personally go up to workers just standing outside to get it fixed. Upon getting home the burger is dry and the bun is so stale its hard. On top of that the fries and tator tots are old and cold, they look like they have been sitting out for hours. The Coney dogs Luke warm at best. Will not be back. This was absolutely awful. Waste of money.
I ordered on the Sonic website yesterday. Somehow - not sure if it was changed after the fact or what, but my address was noy correct. I'm not talking like I made a typo. I'm talking some address I've never heard of in a part of town I've never been. So upon this incorrect delivery, I call the store. Immediately it was, SIGH, "You have to call doordash. This isn't us. Call doordash." Over and over. Well, I did call doordash (even though I don't even have an account with them) and they directed me back to the store. I finally decided to just go pick up some food. Sonic was the only thing that sounded good, I swear. I called on my way and spoke to someone different and they agreed to remake my order if I came to pick it up. Okay, cool! Except, when I get there, the now third person I get has no record of this so I have to explain it all again. Finally, I get my food (not a one star because Sonic food never disappoints) and the lady at the drive through is just a total piece of work. Doesn't say hello, doesn't even look my way. The kind of person I would pay to NOT have on my team. Just super disappointed overall with the lack of friendliness and disorganization.

I am so devastated. I was so excited for sonic after seeing several commericals today, i havent been here in years so i was really looking forward to it. The lady over the intercom was rude to begin with & then they had no lettuce or onions so half the burgers wouldve been a waste. After telling me theres no veggies, i asked for a minute to look. I spoke up after a few minutes just to have no response. I sat for 10 minutes with no response. Im glad i havent wasted any money here before & now i wont ever bother to try again.
I placed my order online as I was going on lunch from work and wanted it to be ready for pickup. I placed the order at 11 and didn't arrive for pickup until 11:15. I was told to park in the car hop stall for pickup. After waiting about 5 mins someone comes over the speaker and says that all car hop stalls are closed and to please get in the drive thru line. So at this point I've been here for 20 mins waiting on food that was paid for and should have already been ready for pickup. Needless to say it took 45 mins from the time the order was placed until the time of it actually being ready. Then Im rushing back to work because im already late and I check my bag when I get inside. No sauces, they didn't follow my instructions for my wraps and they also completely forgot about an order of ched r peppers. Terrible service.
