- EMEric McFarlandApr 25, 20261.0I have not ordered from Pizza Hut in years and now I remember why. I down loaded the app and place my order. The food was ready when promised, but only part of the order was given to the person picking it up. After arriving home to find out that the kids pizza was missing, a phone call was made to the store. Brandy was the person who answered the phone and was apologetic. After saying that she’d be happy to make the pizza over she then told me I’d have to pick it up. I asked if it could be delivered and was told no because the original order was for pick-up she was unable to deliver it. I told her never mind and stated that I would challenge the credit card charge and order Dominos. Her only response was Ok! Obviously she has no care and Customer service from here is pathetic and will be the cause of this place eventually closing. Unfortunately this will be the next staple in the community that disappears if they can’t figure out the customer service side.
