  A truly hostile in-store experience. This restaurant's lobby should just be closed because they obviously do not want you there. You all but have to use the crummy kiosks to place your order because there are no menu boards at the register. Accordingly, there's also no one working the register. Why would there be? Just use the kiosk! If you want a depressing look at a future where food is considered "product", come on in for a bite. Just tell the computer what you want, and 20-30 minutes later an employee (still a human for now) will put your food on a metal shelf for you to come get. (Edit: on top of that, since there's no drink machine in the lobby, you have wait 'till your food is done [again, 20-30 minutes] just to get a drink. Not only are you bored and annoyed waiting, but you're thirsty too!) The lobby should just be closed to the public, and only available for delivery pick-up, with the drive-thru open to the public. You could use all that new found space to increase your kitchen space and your staff. Maybe then you could serve people in a timely manner.

  NEGATIVE -5 STARS. WORSE PLACE TO ORDER FROM CAN'T EVEN GET A FOOD ORDER CORRECT.. THEN WHEN CALLED DOWN THEY COULDN'T OFFER TO REFUND OR MAKE NEW AND TO HAVE IT BE SENT BACK OUT THE CORRECT WAY.. ON TOP OF THAT DASHER DIDN'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND KEPT TRYING TO TELL ME TO OPEN DOOR WHEN IT SAID TO LEAVE AT DOOR!!!!!!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  Frappe machine is constantly “being cleaned” just went through during breakfast and got the same response. Complete waste of time and gas driving to your location.

  McDonald’s, obviously, remains successful despite a huge number of competitors, but they really need to look at their product with a discerning eye. There was a time when no one could imagine Sears going under, but it did. If McDonald’s doesn’t upgrade their restaurants and improve their food, I see a bleak future for the company. Frankly, what I ate was awful. The restaurant was unpleasant and the staff clearly disliked working there. Wake up, Ronald.

  Besides everything being over priced. I'm not sure what's happened to McDonald's, they have no "customer experience" Any longer. The lobby is a ghost town. No employees ,no menu to view, just a advertising booklet on an empty counter. I literally had to yell into the back to get someone's attention and take my order. So, it was no surprise when I finally did receive my order, The fish sandwich had tartar sauce on TOP of the bun.?? After a couple of years visiting a McDonald's, I took a chance and can honestly say, I was totally disappointed. I used to like McDonald's, but I don't recognize what this place is now. #wontbeback
