- DBDani B5 days ago1.0You would think a manager can manage situations and issues. I calmly told Krystal I was double charged and she IMMEDIATELY began yelling like a crazy person. Then when she did give me the refund she was very rude & even flipped me off as she walked away. AS A MANAGER and an old lady truly maybe reflect. If you cant handle a simple refund request Im scared for your workers

Got all cold food old fries just to drive two minutes home and be missing half the food drive back get told to sit out front and they’ll bring it right out so I didn’t have to sit in the drive-through for 30 more minutes and then completely didn’t even tell nobody that somebody was out there waiting set another 30 minutes waiting on two sandwiches all in all not a sorry no nothing.
