    We ordered online and waited about 10 Min. My big complaint is they didnt add mayo to my sandwich, So thats a bummer. Aside from that it was yummy. staff was nice though.

    UPDATE: 8.12.2026 I have called their corporate office numerous times and have NOT received a call back from anyone regarding this matter. Very disappointing!!!! First and last time coming to this place. I came here tonight 7/28/2026 at 9:40pm to get my daughter food as she had been at soccer since 4:00, I pull up to the drive thru give my order which was literally a sandwich, potato salad and a drink. Pull up to the window to pay and the cashier named Farrah gave me the incorrect amount of change back. I brought it to her attention when she gave me my drink and she slammed the window and rolled her eyes. When she came back to the window to give me my food I checked the bag and they forgot the potato salad so I let her know and also asked to speak to the manager regarding her not giving me the correct change. I was speaking to the manager (while Farrah was standing behind him) laughing and smiling because I was telling the manager what happened and I told her it was very disrespectful how she was acting and told her she was lucky because the past me would have snatched her up. I don’t do disrespectful kids and she was old enough to know better. She then took it upon herself to throw the potato salad at me while the manager stood right there and did nothing. Farrah was cussing up a storm and laughing while flipping me off. Then when I decided I didn’t want the food anymore this lady came up to my car whom was Farrah’s mom and started yelling and spit on my car. Police were called and corporate will be called as well. I definitely will not be back and if Jimmy Johns was smart they would hire better employees that don’t give them a bad name and hurt their business. Farrah should not be an employee here because she has no respect and her customer service is awful. Watch the cameras at this location for Tuesday 7/28/2026 at 9:40ish. She was mad because I came 20 minutes before they closed and kept yelling that as well in front of the manager who did nothing. I’m sorry but if you don’t like your job then find another one where you are NOT working with the public.

    Don't plan to use tap to pay unless you have apple pay. Even if you've been in line for 15 minutes they won't attempt to get their machine to take your phone tap more than one time.

    This location is slowest I’ve been too. 1 car in front of me which was at the window when I ordered. I ordered 1 sub then sat behind car in front of me that was still at the window for 15 minutes and then 5 more minutes and still nothing so I got out of line and left. Either you are not staffed or the staff needs better trained. I’ll stick to far hills for quick service. Sitting in line after ordering for 20 minutes is stupid. Do better
