- MBM B2 days ago1.0I had an issue with being charged for an order that did NOT go through. I called that day and got put on hold immediately for 3 minutes then again when I tried to call once more. I have screen shots of everything that’s happened. I’m not happy at all with this waste of time and still not refunded. Argumentative and not hospitable, very poor customer service I told the manager my card got charged 3 times for my order of one sub and chips but it didn’t give a receipt text or email confirmation receipt.(typically it does) He said he didn’t see any order for my name He said to call another location on Wilmington to check for it. That didn’t help because My bank statement shows it’s this location flat out. Said if it came thru he will cancel it I got charged still. Period I need a refund I waited for the 3 charges to fall off and one never did. I got screwed that’s day for $30 in Jimmy John’s I never got. Had to watch pending charges for a week now. Called today Oct 4 at 730to ask for this to be fixed and was told there was nothing they could do, to call HR and then got hung up on. Will be contacting corporate. I never even got an apology for this stress and I don’t quite understand the unnecessary dismissal. They have super rude employees
