  This place is really coming along. At first when the new manager came, it was a mess, but she is really getting things together. The staff is extremely nice and the food is wonderful.

  98% of the time, I've had to wait about 45 minutes for my order despite placing an order for a certain time. Obviously they are understaffed so I don't really blame the workers, but this is totally ridiculous. I wouldn't care if this was a thing that happened every once in a while, but it's a consistent issue. Edit: you know what? Nevermind, this is a worker issue as well. I ordered TWO things and just watched a lady who had a pickup order due 30 minutes after mine and she got hers promptly despite it being, I kid you not, 10-12 pizzas plus breadsticks.

  Ordered pizza at 4:12 to be ready in 30 mins. Sat in the drive through for 20+ mins, had 3 people ask if we had been helped after we had been told it was still being worked on. It’s now 5:00pm and we’re being told it’s 7 more minutes. So clearly no one even began working on the pizza until we showed up. Had to loop around to let the car behind us go and someone outback on a smoke break when they’re clearly behind. We were told we would be credited back our pizzas which is appreciated, but management needs to step in and figure out what’s failing here.

  Pizza was so greasy we used 4 partial rolls of paper towels to even eat what we could before getting aggravated enough to leave. Only giving a one star because that's the lowest I could go and the waiter was good. By far the worst pizza I have had.
