  Staff works very hard and is exceptionally understanding of what difficult orders we bring in, my overall service when dining in has been great and fast. Extremely recommended for a family dinner or just a gathering in general!

  Very disappointed. Went on Sunday for lunch got seated & Our order placed. But then we waited an hour while people after us got our food & the we asked about our food. The waitress said it would be another 10 minutes. We walked out. We love the food but very very upset.

  50 minutes late from the specified time of being completed. We sent in the line to pick up our food outside of the restaurant for 50 minutes. Thankfully we were offered an apology. Please be aware and prepared, hopefully they resolve such issues at this location.

  Been here for 30 minutes took our order within first 10 and still haven’t received my food tending more to buffet then their customers. There’s 5 tables here in total and they’re slow as hell. I’m hangry

  We can't rate the food because after ordering and sitting for an hour they still had not even put our order into the computer because the waitress didn't know how to ring up a family box plus pasta. Then the manager told us that even though it is on the menu you can't order the plus $2 pasta with that meal. Even though I literally read it and showed it to him. He said yeah I know what it says but there is know way to put it in the computer. He should have just comped the pasta to us after sitting for an hour. It's easy to see why pizza hut is in danger of going bankrupt with service like this. Very sad because we love supporting the old style pizza hut.
