  Cold soggy fries and old hamburger patties

  Went at 9:30 PM to just get a small order of fries. Saw there was a decent line in the drive thru, so we decided to go inside, but the dining room was closed and locked, which is not indicated online anywhere, in fact the app even let us choose to pick up inside. This location is listed as being open until 11:00 everywhere I’ve checked, but apparently it’s drive thru only after 9:00. We then got back in the drive thru, since the app wouldn’t let us cancel the order, and proceeded to wait for probably about 20 or 25 minutes in line with only 7 or 8 cars in front of us, not counting the 3 or 4 that bailed out of line in the time we were waiting. The employee took a very long time to talk once we got to the speaker, but was nice enough. After finally getting our fries (30 minutes spent on the premises btw), they were of course lukewarm and had obviously been sitting for a while. The employees here need to understand, it is called FAST food. Meaning quick! Do not come here expecting anything other than slow service from staff that have never heard the phrase “sense of urgency” in their lives.

  The other day I stopped by to grab my son a burger, and when I exited my vehicle, I could smell a strong odor of marijuana. I look over to my right and see a young man in a McDonalds uniform smoking a blunt next to the dumpster. Now...I don't really care if people smoke marijuana, but for an employee to be getting high right out in the open, right next to an elementary school playground... No. Not good. I was just glad my son wasn't with me.

  Good place to go for lunch. They will get you out of there quickly with great food and plenty of time to enjoy your lunch break. I will definitely be coming back
