  Never again, eating here. Just saw some girl tearing off the inside of the bread. Making the bread thinner than what it is. So she can properly fold the bread After making it? I don’t know why she was doing it. So anybody reading this just know that they’re tearing off the extra bread on the inside making your sub thinner than what it is

  I do not think this is a bad Jimmy John's. The food is usually good. My issue is with delivery. They seem to mess up delivery a lot. Its like Russian Roulette when I order. Missing chips, completely forgotten drinks, an occasional messed up sandwich. Its discouraging, and sometimes I dont want to think its the employees but who knows anymore. One time they forgot my daughter's entire sandwich... and it was the first one on the receipt. Sometimes when ordering inside a handful of younger workers seem distracted, and not in a goos way, and you have to tell them again, two, three times sometimes so they don't mess up your order. 🤷‍♀️

  Nice young man waited on me at the counter. He remembered to cut my sandwich in half. Was pleased by my wait time. Food was good as always.
