- JMJ MartinezJun 30, 20264.0I do not think this is a bad Jimmy John's. The food is usually good. My issue is with delivery. They seem to mess up delivery a lot. Its like Russian Roulette when I order. Missing chips, completely forgotten drinks, an occasional messed up sandwich. Its discouraging, and sometimes I dont want to think its the employees but who knows anymore. One time they forgot my daughter's entire sandwich... and it was the first one on the receipt. Sometimes when ordering inside a handful of younger workers seem distracted, and not in a goos way, and you have to tell them again, two, three times sometimes so they don't mess up your order. 🤷♀️
