  I got my coffee for myself and my friend at 2:36 PM, but I was surprised that the taste was very strange. The coffee was extremely weak, almost like water. I came back about half an hour later, as I go there every day to get my coffee, to explain the issue. However, the employee asked me, “Where is the receipt?” I explained that I ordered through the Dunkin’ app and that he did not give me any receipt. The employee should have replaced the coffee, but instead his response was extremely rude. Thank you to Dunkin’ management for this “cooperation.”

  This place totally sucks as far as service is considered. Went in to buy a 1/2 dozen of donuts but there was non. No one would serve me anyway, to busy in the back. Shet hole of a place anyway. Out of 3 tries going in. No one was able to help my get served.

  Terrible service for mediocre food. I went inside so I could pick out a donut for my grandson and my wife. I tried to place an order on the kiosk but they did not list a maple cream stick. So I canceled the order on the kiosk and decided to wait for service. Not only did no one wait on me at 10-15 minutes but they wouldn't even look at me. They were busy attending to the drive-thru so I turned around and left. I was under the impression they did not want my business because I was in person. Worlds a changing.

  All I ask is someone teach employees how to make a HOT BLACK MIDNIGHT... as soon as I opened cup I knew it was weak..someone reteach..check the dial on grinder or just remove item if you cant do it correct....it will be a long time before I come back..I'll drive to Tallmage Circle.
