  It's now 4 am on Wednesday morning, and according to legend they're still "working on" the UberEats order that was placed at 9:56 AM on Tuesday.

  So I asked for a frozen coffee and they gave me a normal coffee that is not frozen and try to make me pay for it when they got it wrong. Also I asked for avocado toast and gave me avocado spread. Don’t come here they don’t give you what you order

  We have been having a date night coffee at the different dunkin shops in the area. The hot Carmel latte is our go to coffee for now.

  Im not sure what's going on with this dunkin but for the past 2 years it's been inconsistent. My food is always cold my drink is inconsistent. I love the Water street location which is sad because it's operated by the same owner. The customer service is just not great on the East main location. Im rushed to get my drink order in then when I say the whole order they can't put it in without asking questions. I Know this may be a high priority location but the least you can do is be patient with your tone because it's very snippy very short tempered. 1 time I had to come in and speak to a manager because the girl was so rude. The sad part is I use to work at this location and not only that another one in Elyria and I can promise you I was never like this in person or on the headset.
