  I had a very disappointing experience at Arby’s. While placing my order, I politely said that I couldn’t hear what the employee was saying. Instead of repeating themselves calmly, they started yelling at me, which made me feel embarrassed and disrespected. Customers deserve to be treated with patience and respect. I understand that work can be stressful, but raising your voice at a customer is not acceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers have a better experience.

  Terrible customer service. Restaurant has 20 mins before closing, and waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Ended up pulling up to window and honked, worker is cleaning and just stares at me, then another comes over and claims they didn't realize their headset was off. And they claimed it would take 20 minutes for a simple roast beef sandwich meal. Do you job until you close, don't lie just because you don't wanna work til closing.

  I used coupons & got 3 meals!! The service was great, hot food💓💓 The atmosphere was calming & they play the best music 🎶🎶
