  Placed an order at 6:15 through the app, said order would be ready in 5mins. Get to the store have 2 cars in front of me no big deal, pull to speaker tell them my name, pull around to window by this time its 6:22. Order wasn’t ready when i pulled up to window so was asked to pull forward and they’ll bring it right out. So i sat there from 6:30pm to 7pm still no order as everyone behind me kept getting their orders. So i go in just to wait another 5 mins before i get my order. Just for the order to be cold like it was just sitting there for an hour. Highly disappointed. Might be better off ordering inside or just somewhere else in general!

  I purchased the new waygu burger and also the bacon chicken sandwich and it came out to $20 for those two meals. I got home and they didn’t give me the waygu burger but they gave me just a regular roast beef sandwich. I was upset bc I didn’t get a receipt either and I was 20 mins away to drive back. So I left a review to corporate and they literally called me within 5 mins and apologized and sent me coupons for free two meals on them. I give them 5 stars for corporate help to make it right and was so concerned and really personable about the hassle of getting the incorrect food.
