- EKErin Kurimay4 days ago2.0This Chipotle was understaffed, all the tables were dirty, and the trash was overflowing. The staff was doing their best but obvious the restaurant owner has zero pride in this location and their restaurants in general. I’ve been eating at Chipotle since the ‘90’s and has definitely devolved over the years. The last few times I have eaten at a Chipotle it has been the same experience. May be giving Chipotle a break for a while and find other options with a better end-user experience.

Last time we went it was NO CHEESE. Imagine chipotle not having cheese? On top of that the staff argue with eachother constantly. Bad experience each and every single time. I actually can’t remember the last time they weren’t out of stock on something. Chipotle you are the worst, get it together!

How in the world do you run out of cheese at 8:00 on a Thursday. And the portion size is pathetic compared to other stores. I will highly recommend the Chillicothe chipotle as their service is fantastic and the food is awesome. So that being said I do not recommend eating here except as a last resort.
