  Staff can be very rude. Don't expect a, "You're welcome", after expressing gratitude. Also, I got a large order with plans to take food home to the family. I sat down to eat my portion because I had not eaten for over 12 hours after my 4th night shift as an RN and someone said, "I hate when people get food to go then sit down". It was the manager I believe. Don't worry about it again, I won't be back!

  August 6th, 2026: Go in there for a sub and a six-piece mozzarella stick. I asked for three marinara dips at the register. I get two, and I ask the guy for a third one. He argues with me that I'm only allowed two, regardless of what I paid for or what I asked for as a customer. I'm not allowed to leave with a third one, apparently. They're only getting one star because that's the lowest I can give to give a review.

  I got a Pecan Chicken Salad which is supposed to come on multi grain bread not a bun😡

  Went through drive thru at around 6 PM. "Hot" roast beef sandwiches and fries were lukewarm at best. Drink order was also wrong, but was fixed when it was pointed out. Would not eat here again.

  This location, in jeffersonville, has the worst food that i've ever eaten at an arby's.It was dry, the fries were overcooked.It just was bad!
