I know how long fries take to cook and it came out in a minute and a half and I ordered a large and it wasn’t even full and they were still cold. I noticed when I pulled away it’s the worst service I’ve had there even the girl in the window gave me I got snotty look.

- CHCarl HolbertApr 29, 20261.0Live in Jefferson and I would rather take a ride to Austinburg to the McDonald's there because every time I've went to the Jefferson one there was twenty employees sitting or standing around and they still are unable to make a double cheeseburger with melted cheese as well as giving you cold food like the family box I bought, the employee that waits on you doesn't smile or even say have a nice day, and when you're number is called they just throw your order on the counter and just walk away like you owe them something for waiting on you,and going back to all the employees sitting or standing around clean the place maybe once or twice a day not a week

Pull up to the drive thru to get no response, pull up to the window and can clearly see workers inside ignoring people in line that are trying to order. So frustrating and unprofessional. Will never return to this location its a waste of time and money.
