  The poor staff trys to keep up but management runs them so under staffed that you have to wait extended time for you food. The staff are great it is the management.

  The franchise owners need to increase pay so customers aren’t left waiting on their order. There’s only ever like 1-2 people running the whole place. Let the owners come in to help instead of making their minimum wage employees put in all the sweat. Ridiculous

  Placed an Order online for delivery thru papa John’s website. Did not order using DoorDash but food was delivered by DoorDash. Did not receive the wings we ordered and paid for, delivery person said they were not given the wings, saw it on receipt and said he would go back and get them. 40 minutes later no wings so we called papa John’s and was then told there was nothing they could do, said they did hand out all of the food to delivery person and we would have to call DoorDash. Spent over an hour trying to resolve with DoorDash, never even got to speak with anyone to explain the situation. This is very poor customer service for papa John’s. I did not request DoorDash to deliver my food to begin with, since they use DoorDash as delivery service they need to be accountable for issues

  The pizza was very good. Same quality you'd expect at any Papa John's. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues.

  The one employee that was working great job but the owner is pathetic for letting it get that far backed up. I mean one employee working be serious that’s a joke and they don’t even deserve to have a Papa John’s franchise
